Jody’s Swirly Nut Butter Brownies

1/2 cup of Organic GF Oat Flour

1/2 cup of Organic Super Fine Almond Flour

1/3 cup of Raw Cacao Powder

1 tsp Organic Baking Powder

1/4 tsp of Pink Salt

1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

1/3 cup of Organic Coconut Sugar

1/4 cup of Organic Grass Fed Butter

1/4 cup of Organic Cold Pressed Unrefined Coconut Oil

2 Organic Free Range/Cage Free Eggs

1/4 cup Organic Almond or Coconut Milk

1/3 cup of Sugar Free Chocolate Chips ( I love using Lily’s)

1/2 cup of Nut Butter (I use Cashew and recommend any nut butters BUT peanut butter- due to mold count)

3 drops of doTerra Cinnamon Essential Oil – or – 2 tsp of Organic ground Cinnamon

Preheat your oven to 350F and grease a 9 x 9 pan.  Cream the butter, coconut oil, coconut sugar and vanilla extract, then blend in the eggs and finally the almond or coconut milk.  Mix together dry ingredients in another bowl- oat flour, almond flour, cacao powder, baking powder, salt.  Combine the dry ingredients with the butter/egg/ sugar mixture and mix well, then stir in chocolate chips.   Pour this mixture into the greased pan.  In a small bowl, mix the nut butter with cinnamon oil until thoroughly blended.  Drop spoonfuls of nut butter mix into the brownie batter, run a knife through the batter to create swirls with the nut butter.  Bake for 20-25 mins until toothpick comes out clean from center.  Allow to cool and ENJOY!
